Charges apply to family history research done for you.
Charges will also apply for the supply of photocopies, prints, print-outs from microfilm or microfiche and photographs.
The Registrars Service Ancestral Research Fees
Particular Search made by registrar for a specified entry whether traced or untraced for each period of 5 years or part thereof - £5.00
General Search made by customer - £10.00 per hour
Extract if search fee paid £9.00
DIGROS search made by registrar of Digital Imaging of Genealogical Records of Scotland's People - £5.00 for 15 minutes
Local Heritage Centre Fees
The cost for a search is £23.50 per hour, minimum £5.00.
A4 Photocopies are 10p per sheet.
A3 Photocopies are 20p per sheet.
A4 Microfilm/Fiche Print Copies are 75p per sheet.
